Service Refunds
We, Lundell Express Transport, take pride in providing reliable and professional cargo transport. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Eligible:
1. A prepaid job is canceled at least 24 hours in advance of cargo pickup
2. Delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on our, Lundell Express Transport, end.
a. Mechanical Failure
b. Scheduling Error
3. A duplicate payment was made in error

Ineligible:
1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before carog pickup
2. Services that have been started or completed
3. Delays caused by customer inaccessibility, inaccurate information, or unforeseen wait times
Wait Time and Service Add-ons
Fees for wait time, after-hours or remote access are non-refundable once services have been dispatched or delivered
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Confirmation will be sent after approval has been issued.
